Shipping policy

We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses.

Each order is prepared as part of our weekly releases and entrusted to our selected courier, DPD.

Fulfilment takes place Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend dispatch offered at our discretion. Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be carefully prepared and delivered.

You will be notified once your order has been dispatched and is en route to you.

If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, we invite you to provide a designated “Safe Place” along with clear delivery instructions. While these will be shared with the courier, responsibility for the parcel passes once it has been delivered to the specified location.
